All products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice. All products are subject to availability.
Custom and personalised products (with custom branding, colours or specifications) cannot be returned or cancelled once production has commenced.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of order placement will be honoured.
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm your order by email. For custom or large orders, our team will contact you directly to discuss specifications.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. For large orders, we may request a deposit before commencing production.
We offer free shipping to Spain, France and Italy for qualifying orders. Delivery to other destinations is available at cost. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Large inflatable products may require specialist freight. Our team will advise on the best delivery method for your order.
Standard products (non-custom) may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unused condition and packaging. The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
Custom products (with personalised branding, colours or specifications) are non-returnable once production has begun.

All products come with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, UV exposure, chemical damage, punctures or normal wear and tear.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Our products are designed for use in calm, sheltered waters. Users are responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate use in accordance with the product instructions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
